ABOUT SOLAR ENERGY
Solar energy has been powering spacecraft for decades, growing crops for centuries, and supporting life on the earth for millions of years. However, large-scale electrical generation using solar energy was often not economic compared to other methods.
Recent advances in technology and manufacturing have changed all that, reducing the cost of solar power dramatically. Solar is on track to quickly become one of the dominant sources of electrical generation on a global scale.
